Make no mistake.. this is an escalation by the Ukrainians against the Russians as they are sending waves of drones deep into Russian territory.

This report says that Three Russian refineries are off line cutting Russian refining capacity by 12%.  If this keeps up.. things dependent upon fuel.. like agricultural equipment.. and tanks.. could be coming to a halt.. granted it’s gonna take more than 12% but at this pace…. ???
