Im glad that you're really passionate about the family you work for and their desires to grow and diversify. They should be proud of you.

That being said, you seem incredibly naive. A lot of these companies have zero qualms against breaking contracts, bending you over the barrel and doing whatever it takes to make more money. And if this is a $150 million dollar project, they truly don't give a **** about you, most likely anyways. Much like many of the other green energy projects, theirs a lot of money to be had and a lot of companies scrambling to grab ahold of as much as they can, even if they have no idea what they're doing. I know two within 20 minutes of me where the company went tits up and left the farm with half a project. And others where the project gets finished, but it doesn't work like they said it would. And if they're supplying the money, your boss isn't going to have a whole lot of say as to what they can or can't do.
