Linneus Mo.
My Mom Got online death threats in 1997 when she was a school teacher who stood up against alternative lifestyle teaching. It's not fun and I do not condone it but welcome to the online world. Stay strapped and be aware.
Also here is a podcast you should listen to about digestors. This guy is the foremost authority on them he says that they are most financially feasible at 2,000 cows. As to your statement about not using grant money I'll bet they will before it's done. Every Green energy project I've ever worked on in my off-farm career has gone over by a minimum of 15% usually they are 30% over initial estimates. I am an electrician trust me electrical stuff is stupid crazy right now and you need lots of Stainless, piping, and PVC conduit isn't the best in corrosive environments. So it is big money. Sorry for the delayed response my parlor manager was late and the chief milker was dinking around with stuff that hadn't gotten done during the week!
if you are in a hurry start at the 12-minute mark.
