Every Green energy project I've ever worked on in my off-farm career has gone over by a minimum of 15% usually they are 30% over initial estimates. I am an electrician trust me electrical stuff is stupid crazy right now and you need lots of Stainless, piping, and PVC conduit isn't the best in corrosive environments. So it is big money.
