jackson county WI | Unfortunately there are a lot of quacks and not so local folks on the eastern side state creating a lot of problems and seem to be moving west over time. That being said what I have seen of a lot of outside money sources (including government funded) for these digesters is a flop. The one closest to me has ran 2 out of the last 6 yrs. Hopefully technology is getting better with them and getting them operating more efficiently. | |
