| The energy company will use the manure from the farm I work on plus bring in twice as much food/beverage waste. They will not say much more than that. They have said it would be products like whey from cheese plants, bad beer, bad yogurt, processed potato waste (peels,scraps ect), expired canned goods stuff like that. All of it is food grade, no risk to the environment or the surrounding community. This link explains it quit well
