| The majority of our milking crew are immigrants from Nicaragua, mostly from the same family, and are reliable and want as much work as we can give them. Some of them have been here 5 years now. Also my official title is parlor manager, but I am more of a general laborer on the farm with emphasis on the dairy barn ans parlor. This is a 700 cow family owned dairy and I feel like part of the family and we (all the employees) are treated as such. | |
