Most of the food waste being brought in is not going to be packaged it will be liquid or slurry. We are 30ish miles from potato processing plants and about the same distance from numerous cheese factories and breweries, the waste won't have to come from very far away.


Yeah, it's probably pretty low levels. But if it were my fields taking the waste, I'd be testing it for PFAS and have a clause in the contract that would allow me to stop taking it if I got a positive test. Too many potential problems down the road for me to want to mess with it.
