NE SD | I wasn't calling you out, I was just speaking in generalities. Drought, wet, whatever weather brings, I TRY to adhere to what I was saying. Take profit early when it's there (unless it's drier than a popcorn fart and little hope of anything of course), pay off the debt in the good times etc etc etc.
Point is I always always see people waiting for that extra quarter when they could sell for their lets say 3rd best price they've ever gotten. Also see guys just cranking money out buying new stuff after a good year when they have a pile of debt already. Leverage is a fickle rhymes with witch. | |
