North west MN
The 2 biggest advantage's and the Reason I went to RTK was for elevation mapping and sub inch accuracy in a minute or 2 fo steering not having to wait for convergence. I was happy with Omnistar HP for steering but I wanted to map elevation for surface drainage and RTK was the only option. I have got to depend on the accuracy of RTK and would never go back to just satellite. I now have all my fields mapped, found all the deppresions and drained them as we had a month to get our ditching done with this years nice dry fall. I used the program from http://www.geektechforag.com/Pages/AgDataViewer.htm called ag data viewer and it was a big help in solving drainage problems
