IALTO - 2/8/2024 14:26 A lot of the young guys around here are 2nd 3rd or 4th generation and there is a lot of equity that has snowballed from the beginning. Not everyone has that but many do. Makes it a lot easier I would imagine.
That is true. It's also true that some of us are going to make payments for 20 years on ground that our grandparents had paid for free and clear because the "estate plan"- if there even was one- was pretty much a turd that didn't stand up very well to real life events. |
