| I never had actual sinus infections but did develop bad allergies to dust and smoke from repeated exposure. Headaches, congestion, sneezing, itchy skin and sometimes it even hurt to breath.
Doctor prescribed me Naltrexone in a low dose. Made a world of difference. Didn't realize how well it worked until I stopped taking it and started again.
Its commonly referred to as LDN or low dose naltrexone. Technically its off label but is used for a wide variety of inflammatory/immune system related conditions. Doesn't work for everyone but there really isn't much harm in trying it as its cheap and negative side effects are minimal. In my experience most of the side effects are positive.
