I always had sinus problems/ headaches. I was finally diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Since I've had my breathing machine I haven't hardly had a headache and no problems with my sinuses. I know the headaches were from lack of oxygen when I was asleep but the sinus issue I think was resolved from having the moist air forced up my nose while I slept.
