West Central IA | I used to have sinus bad. Debilitating headaches from breathing hog and field dust. Bad to the point I had to lay down after 2 Tylenol and a MT. Dew. Had sinus surgery to open things up and do repairs and it was some better. Still with the dust would get those headaches. Got a book "Cheap home remedies". And started putting hydrogen peroxide in ears(3 drops) from brown bottle in Medicine cabinet. And when I got sinus headaches bad would cut hydrogen peroxide from same bottle 50/50 with water. Squirt it up my nose with a dropper, cry and in less than 3 minutes headache gone and gobs of stuff stuck up there would come out. Kinda harsh, but very effective were the words my ENT used. Then he explained why it worked so well. Hydrogen peroxide shrinks the sinus tissues and that is the reason it lets go of everything. Still do it when I have issues.
