Virginia, Northern Neck | I had sinus problems for many years.
30 years ago (in my mid-40s) I found a doc who specialized in making sinus problems go away.
He said my nasal passages were too small to allow my sinuses to drain well.
He put me under a local anesthetic and used what looked like a coarse rasp on the bones inside my nose, 3 good push strokes on each side.
He also cut away the narrow restrictions at the bottom of the sinuses, so they are fully open to drain.
My nose hurt for a few days, but I have had no problems ever since then.
That doc died a few years ago, or I would give you his name and highly recommend him.
