Amherst WI | I have no brand loyalty and want the machine that I feel is the best value with service and support to back it up. That might be a John Deere tractor, Case IH sprayer or a Agco hay cutter. I don't know why people think only one certain kind of paint is the only way to go, seems close minded....
My wife suggested we look at trying out some round balers last year. My local Agco, NH, and Kuhn dealer had NH, Massey and Kuhn. I asked about a demo. They wouldn't let one leave the lot without a signed purchase order, and only one brand mind you. If I liked it, it was mine. If I didn't, I'd owe $10 per bale for the 10-12 bales they'd let me make. That really put a sour taste in my mouth on the whole dealership. I'm not that kind of guy who gets demos to farm with, and when we do get a demo which is super rare, it stays here. | |
