What do you farm right next to town???
Dealers are technically not in town but on a developed largely industrial/commercial strip between two towns. So yes, we are uncomfortably close to town.
As you mentioned dealer loyalty, I would view ourselves being motivated in that direction as well, although we try to maintain a connection to all the dealers, some more, some less.
