southwestern illinois | a friend of mine did the same thing years ago and made the partner a small percent owner. things went bad for years and my buddy decided to stop cash flowing the company. well then the token owner is very unhappy and brought a legal suit against my buddy. now this has been bogged down in court for years.. probably 7. all the trucks and trailers have been sitting because the judge said so. worst case situation but now you know what could happen. good luck with your choices | |
