Central ND | I suggest doing ALOT more homework, we have had semis for 45 years on our farm. They are a necessary evil I call them and there is lots of times our own trucks sit and we hire it because truckers are their own worst enemy and will run for nothing. The most successful ones I know are guys that own and operate their own trucks and they run hard. If you are going to rely on someone to run the company, someone else to drive the trucks, and someone else to repair them you are whipped before you start imo. And I would suggest $75k per truck in the 'kitty' before you send one on the road, 45-90 day pay schedule can rack up alot of fuel and wages before you see a dime. Jmo | |
