| The successful small trucking companies have an owner who is respected by their drivers meaning an owner who is visible and busts his ass driving, greasing trucks, etc. Or at least someone who has done these things in the past and has credibility.
My point is starting out you’re going to hard pressed to find someone worth a darn who wants drive for a new truck owner or worse yet co owners and make them money while they pursue other interests | |
