Nail Wacker... Condensation would take air meeting a surface of a different temp. How the heck is air getting inside the foam when it is fully adhered to the metal and the lumber.
I really am interested in the wood rot issue. I'm not being a smart ass here. But if this is the case, I am interested in hearing more of the details.
