| Personalities, attitude, outlook and work ethic MUST be "complimentary" to arrive at a trustful balance. This is so rare, but does exist. Far more of them bump and grind along. The total failures can be so catastrophic, I believe this is why most give the attempt such bad press. I have experienced both. One is wonderful, the other is misery for ALL involved. (If you want real entertainment, throw a conniving female banker in the middle of a break-up. Wow ! )
I truly admire the family operations that have attained this. They can go far and truly enjoy doing it.
