I think on a farm the problem usally is "1 fellow thinks he's getting all the CRAP jobs & the others are taking all the money". In most other buisnesses your on the clock. Partnerships can work great, esp if family has the same goals. The other problem is I think as farmers we don't write it ALL down, & that causes misunderstandings. Personally after the "rodeo's" where I've been I don't want a partner again too bad.
