I hate to sound prejudice, or chauvenistic, but if its brothers or fathers and sons in the deal.... you gotta keep the women out of the decisions. For some reason, 99% of the time, the Sister in laws will be squabbling in NO TIME. Or, I guess if it was sisters in the deal, doing the farming, and the husbands were married in, they need to be kept out too. Take the money you have to live with, and SHUT UP. I have had a few people tell me that till they did that... it didnt go smoothly. How true it is, Im not sure. Never dealt with it, personally. I have found that keeping wifey happy in this whole deal is hard enough....lol
