Subject: RE: Partnerships and families and getting along and etc

Somewhere in North central Iowa
I was in a partnership with my uncle when I started farming. It was a perfect fit. I wanted to spend money and he was super tight. His experience in farming and how to be careful with money is probably the biggest asset I gained from him.

I think it just takes the right mix of people and attitudes. Look at sports. Certain athletes don't do squat when paired with the wrong people. Kyle Busch is an incredible talent in NASCAR. He didn't mix well at Hendrick but look what he is doing now at JGR. Partnerships in farming are the same. They will work if the right people are put together.

I would love to find a partner now in order to cut back on machinery costs and increase labor force. I just havn't found the right piece to the puzzle yet.
