2. You really need to know how much wear is on the rasp bars and concave. What you are describing sounds like a few classic symptoms of wear in this area. How many hours were on the separator and was it mostly bean hours or corn?
We replaced both the rasp bars and concave in our 9610 this year and it's like a new machine. Easy to set and run. Haven't stopped up the cylinder yet this year and only once last year. Employee inside unstopping the beater teaches them to be more careful, that's how I learned too. | |
