Subject: any long term no-tillers?

wondering if anyone has had anything in continuous no-till for say 15+ years. Everthing you read suggests this type of practice will better your soils and ultimatly your yields. I have been in continuous no-till for 6 years now and I have no objections, just wondering if anyone has experiance with much longer time frames
