Subject: Re: Baler Fires Hank, in OR

Merrill, WI
I was very pleased with the way my baler worked this year. Yes I could see how that light could be a problem. I just put a manual switch on mine so then I can still have it to use if I need it. Hank, we had the same problem and they told me to just put a bigger spring or add another spring to the adjustment arm. That cured out problem. I have around 10000 bales through ours the only issues I saw is sometimes I feel that our bales could be a little tighter, but they are very even through out the bale. I was running right around 255 for straw and hay. I put resisters to in the bale chamber, I know my pressure is high but I am not sure what else I could to do get my bales to be more of a brick.
