Cashing a check before going thru with the agreement, then 'being too busy' to finish the deal. Not too busy to cash the check as told by seller.
Honesty and integrity are not measured in dollars and cents gentlemen. It is truly a negative side of us all to base our actions to our fellow man on dollars and cents instead of what is the right thing to do. There are wrongs on both sides here, but what sticks out the farthest is cashing the check upon receipt and not following through in a timely manner. Even more so, is thrashing it out on this forum. Sure shows a lot of 'characters'. | |
