Totally agree that the seller should take resposibility for delivering the parts, but as he stands on his principles, the weeds continue to grow and the yield monitor will tell him that the weeds will have cut the yield more than enough to have paid for the gas if cultivation doesn't get done!  You've gotten a bad deal but don't let it cost you again.  Like somebody else said, try to get some reimbursment for a trip.
