This all could have been avoided if the entire cultivator would have been delivered the first time (as per the original agreement). As someone else said, sometimes you "just have to do the right thing" regardless of whether it makes financial sense. If I had sold Mick the cultivator and left part of it behind, I'd be making sure he was getting the rest of it as quickly as possible and if that meant I was going to have to drive the 400 mile (?) round trip myself, so be it. In effect, "I made the mistake, its up to me to make it right." Someone else said "Mick obviously doesn't have his stuff together", or something close to that. It sounds like Gary didn't have his stuff together or he would have made sure everything was shipped the first time.

There sure are a lot of people on this forum I'd hate to buy something from.
