Sometimes we lose sight of what is most important - which seems like getting the corn cultivated and weeds under control.

Maybe the thing to do is to rent a uhaul trailer if necessary and go get the parts you need to get the job done. You can argue in court etc but that sometimes polarizes things even more - each person needs to prove he is right. That takes time and money and the weeds are still growing.

Just go get the parts and get the weeds under control. Do things differently next time. In the overall scale of life's possible problems this seems to be about a 1.5 out of 10.  jmho.
