Ellsworth IL | If I were doing it, and the donor truck was still around, I'd pull everything from the radiator to the wiring harness to the transmission and driveshaft yoke to attempt the swap. No hose issues on the radiator or tranny cooler , lessened wiring issues , no chance of shift points being different in the tranny, any competent machine shop can do the driveshaft modifications if they are needed.
Maybe it's just me but that sounds simpler and cheaper than buying a lot of parts and changing a lot of individual components.
