Beresford SD | Mechanical side of the process should be do-able, likely a lot of details to attend to.
Electrical side does pose a question, what transmission ? IF the 1988 has the 4L80E the computer must be happy for the shifting sequence to work, particularly converter lockup and OD, engine rpm signal must be available and correct. I suspect the 1975 454 would not include the proper sensor although a workaround may be possible, might be better to investigate that before getting in too far. | |
