| The 1st (and last) time I went to the GM dealer for an oil change...ad in the paper said $19.99 GM 5 qts. oil/filter change. Wash / vacuum 2.99 extra. The bill turned out $41.98. They charged $2.99 paperwork fee, + a shop rag fee, + used oil handling fee, + 1.99 windshield fluid, + misc. shop useage fee, + aerosol cleaning product useage fee. Pretty good racket. Took some imagination to come up with all those fees. I just stood there with my jaw on the floor when I saw all the add-ons. | |
