I would change the first one now if i were you. I use syn oil and change at 10000, oil filter at 5000. Have done this for years, first truck had 300 000 miles when it left, engine used very little oil, the last truck had 225000 and was the same condition. first two trucks were gas trucks, diesel now with 120000.
