Wow, 40% tax bracket!!! You obviously don't have wheat country in your reality window. And annual trades? Better be on lease returns or you take a beating on trading. Also, not many places to invest your money at 8%.

I wasn't even in the 40% tax bracket when I had a full time job closing in on 6 figures.

Time for the old college boy to get a reality check on main stream farming.
