For me, it does not have to be family. I hope it would be but doesn't have to be. I see those two little grandsons and want them to have the place. May not fit there bill and they sure won't make a living here. I worked off the farm all my life.

I have spotted many good young men and women I would love to see here.

Back to Mark's question, I think it is up to the best lawyer you can find. My parents would have no part of that so their farm is probably going to be split up on Mom's death. I never wanted that.

Doesn't matter, they bought and owned it.

We bought and owned this piece and the will is already in place.

So many options...
