Rumor is a 90 year old bought a quarter section recently in our community. $4500 plus was the figure. Btw he still climbs bins and checks on grain quality an will tackle any task on the farm. Son would like to retire but don't think he can until dad does.

I told wifey I ought to buy a new tractor and another farm. I'm just a kid yet. Unfortunately a lazy kid.
