Neighbor kid drove into several fields here couple of years ago (muddy mess), nothing the local law enforcement couldn't put an end to. Never heard ANYONE say it was time to fence. We must be a bunch of hicks.

Just to clarify, then, if I had a bare 80 in NW IA that I wanted to seed and graze, I could force the 3 adjoining land owners to pay half each of the fence even if one (fence) doesn't exist and even if there isn't another stock cow w/in 10 miles??? WOW!!!!
