No you shouldn't since you own half the fence. I wouldn't tolerate it either. I'd get out there and fix/build a new fence so the neighbors livestock wouldn't devalue my crops for that one year.

You must live in La La Land if you think building a new fence doesn't increase the value of a given property. I'm sure you can direct me to the study that says 95% of the people renting or buying land are not interested in the fences or think it devalues it. Oh wait a second, you said "my land". So I guess that should cover the whole state then since it meets your needs.
