What's la la?    Baling pasture?

Of the 3 pastures I drive by daily only 1 has been grazed in the past 7 yrs.    There simply is not that many cows around here.

I don't look at new fence as adding value to property, I look at your livestock that aren't contained as devalueing property.

Is it not trespassing to enter someone elses property without permission?   Why is livestock any different?
