Macoupin county Illinois | wow, i couldn't stay out of this one either, IMO a good border fence between my land and my neighbor's pasture with cattle on it DOES enhance the value of my property. when i buy a farm i know that i am required to maintain half of the needed border fences, whether needed by me or my neighbor,and plan accordingly, why? because its the law. In actual practice when i need a neighbor to build a fence i ask him one time, if he doesn't do it i take care of it for him and never mention it again. why? to keep my cows in and to be a good guy. BTW could 've been a lot of fence built in the time spent arguing about this. haha | |
