801486 - 5/13/2011 00:01 Maybe the law is wrong and out dated in your area, but if there is no livestock (except in buildings or lots ) and no pasture to speak of in your area why are you worried about it. Because it only takes 1 guy with a few cattle and an attitude that they are my responsibility to buy or rent ground next to me to cause a lot of grief. Right now the tenants of the pastures that border our ground are top notch. They're not trying to starve their cows to death and they do a pretty decent job of maintaining fences. We might not be so lucky someday when someone else owns/rents those pastures. That is why it matters to me. |
