That's what my buddy did back, in SW Iowa, a couple years ago. Did it all in one summer= 3 months, 4 carpenters. His buddy(with backhoe) dug the hole, he and his brother(concrete business) put in foundation, 4 carpenters had bid on the plans, and deal was $800 per two weeks, per carpenter, during construction, then settle up(from quoted dollars) after it all was done. [Note: he knew all 4 guys] And no beer drinking while working , either.

His father-in-law and friend(ex-electrician) did the electrical work.

The "backhoe buddy", tore down old house(3 feet from new one) hauled it and buried it, too. (all for wife's dessert treats, as many as he can eat)

This is a 3 bedroom house,  2 1/2 bath, big two car garage, walkout basement, deck off main floor with cement patio underneath and was $140,000. All done in three months, too.
So, it would be more, if you had to hire absolutely everything done, too.

 He thought he did pretty good, He did make a lot of trips to Menard's in Council Bluffs during construction, for items. He told me he was sick of that drive, afterwards.
