I'd definetely go with the Ranch house that needs moved. I bet the owner would negotiate!! Actual sq footage is a bit over 2000 (2032) sq ft according to insurance policy. For what it is worth it is a 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and 2000's house wink wink.
