Saronville NE | Hurricane not arguing with you but 2 promblems with that, 1: I feed cattle and have built some nice pens in last couple yrs, and this is one of the few good stock farms left, everything is too flat here for drainage otherwise, I have good slope where I live. 2: Around here when guys do that to rent there ground they been gettin $300k for a yard, Ive got a nice shop, machine shed, good cattle lots, some bins, all I need is a house, could build a nice house for $300k, plus you give them all the profit on top with there high cash rent they want, that is how it is done here anyways, think Ill pass more risk there then just building or fixing a house IMO.
