100k on framing ?!!!! What is useing walnut and oak ? I'd find another contractor quick .
I wouldn't spend the money on a new basement .
The price of moving a house must have gone up a lot sence I talked with anyone about it last , Used to be for around 30 grand you could get a house moved and set .
