| No, I said the buyers are also in mess also, that the cattle could be tried up in court while this mess get figure out. You the feeder or backgrounder would have for feed and take care of the cattle , if the cattle was sold, the money could be tried up and put in a special account, an example would be cattle finish out and ready for slaugther, can't feed them forever. As I said in my above post, the buyer ( the feeder or backgrounder ) could be victim of this mess also. No way I meant the cattle would be stolen. But you raise a interesting question : If a backgrounder (for an example) brought a load of calves from Eastern and paid for the calves, Eastern cash the check, where the money ? | |
