I have thought much about your chicken and milk policies. Gone back and forth over the logistics, political, economical, moral sides of it.
We do not have dairy or feather ,but I believe they have a good balanced system between production & consumption and prices are profitable and stable.
The downside is the $$$ value of Quota for anyone wanting to get into it .But in Ontario with land prices from $20k-$40k +there isn't much hope for anyone new getting into cropping either...Idk the older I get the less I know or understand these things
