Wabash county,Il
Rent a small mini ex with thumb to hater up what can if you’re able to safely operate it, or hire a local operator to do the job. You could hire the 2 most ambitious teenagers and take a post jack and medium sized bolt cutters and work with them cutting it loose from the trees it’s grown into and at ground level folding and stomping it as you go. Been miles of wire taken out like that around here50-60 years ago, literally every piece of timber that had a homestead beside it has mounds of such wire
